Abou this Project
Zammad is an open source ticket system.
A ticket system is an essential for every good IT-Sysadmin since it organizes the users problems in tickets and let's you document everything you did in order to solve the problem.
What you see here
I have created Quadlet files that lets you run Zammad via Podman with Systemd.
This means you can run it rootless and it starts as soon as you login with your user.
Wiki
There is currently no wiki but I'll spend some time in april to explain every single file contained in this repository.
